Roomy doesn’t start when I log in

Open System Settings, then General, then Login Items, and make sure Roomy is allowed. Turning Autopilot off and on again in Roomy also registers it again.

Roomy asks for my home folder again

This can happen after moving or renaming your home folder. Click Get Started and choose your home folder once more. Roomy remembers it from then on.

I bought Roomy Pro on another Mac

Open Roomy, go to Settings, and click Restore Purchase. Make sure you’re signed in to the App Store with the same Apple Account.

I want a refund

Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Something was removed that I need

Installers go to the Trash first and stay there for 30 days, so check the Trash. Roomy’s History shows everything Autopilot removed and when.
